Shipping & Handling:
UPS and USPS are our chosen shipping carriers. All UPS shipment charges include free insurance up to a $100 value.  All free shipping orders will go via USPS and do not include insurance. Buyer assumes all risk when choosing their method and Lil Cattilac is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Order Info:
In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of order unless the item is out of stock.
Exchange or store credit ONLY if item is returned within 14 days of the original purchase with tags attached and receipt. Return shipping and handling is the customers responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via USPS to save on shipping. Please contact us ASAP, if you need to return or exchange and we will be glad to help! After 14 days of receiving merchandise, the sale is final. All SALE merchandise and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
